Eligibility of ITI –
ITIs offer several courses or training programs in India, which are called ‘Trades’.
Each trade focuses on a specific set of skills or industry need. The duration of ITI courses/ trades ranges from six months to two years.
The duration of the course depends upon the nature and type of the course.
The eligibility criteria of ITI courses vary from one course to another. The general requirements of ITI trades in India are Class X pass or Class 12 pass.
Students can take up ITI courses after Class 10 or Class 12.
Duration of ITI –
Duration of most popular courses of ITI is two years, but some courses are available for 6 months and 1 year also.
Admissions process ITI –
ITI admission process varies from one state to another. For most of the college Direct admission on the basis of the 10th mark is possible.
Therefore, it is better to understand the ITI admission process of different states individually.
Tuition Fees for ITI in India –
tuition fees for ITI courses in India start from 5 thousand per year and go up to 50 thousand per year for some private institutes. the tuition fees for government colleges are Low whereas the tuition fees for private colleges are High. the average tuition fees for Government colleges are around 7 thousand per year and for private colleges, it comes around 25 thousand per year.
